Bally's Chicago gets preliminary OK from Illinois Gaming Board, setting the table for August opening at Medinah Temple

The Gaming Board issued a "determination of preliminary suitability" Thursday for Bally's Chicago, setting the table to launch the city's first casino at Medinah Temple this summer.
